Where do you ship?

I ship all over the world! All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided. All orders are set at flat fee rates in Australian Dollars. Express post is only available within Australia.

Australia Standard: $10.90

Australia Express: $15

New Zealand: $15.50

All other countries: $25

All orders will be provided with Australia Post tracking once your order has shipped.

Can I return an item?

If for some reason there is a problem with your art order, of course! I am committed to delivering you the highest quality prints/stationary/apparel that I want you to be happy with. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please get in touch with me and I will arrange a replacement for you.

Due to the health and hygiene nature of jewellery, I’m unable to accept returns due to change of mind.

If your item is received in faulty condition, please contact me within 7 days and I will be happy to help.

Do you offer custom orders?

I only provide custom orders for my pet portraits. Please refer to the custom artworks page.

I am not currently accepting custom order requests, however if you have a jewellery colour scheme in mind, or an animal suggestion, please let me know!
